Frequently Asked Questions
About us
-
CCEBP is an organisation created with the goal of supporting police forces and associated agencies to make better decisions, based on the best available evidence. We conduct research, training, and consultancy work to achieve this and aim to bridge the gap between academic research and policing practice.
-
Evidence-based policing involves using the best available research, data, and analysis to inform decisions about policing strategy, policy, and practice. It prioritises understanding what works, what doesn’t, and what is most efficient.

We provide a range of services including online training, in-person training in Cambridge, bespoke training offers, and consultancy support. Read below to find out more.
